WORKING WITH THE SITE

Every site
has its details.

Millbrook Business Park
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

A busy property. A persistent puddle.

Water was collecting along a service drive after rainfall. The property owner obtained a drainage design covering replacement piping, catch basins, and adjustments to the surrounding grades.

Less room for the water to fall.

Once exposed, the existing drain connection sat higher than the initial layout assumed. That left less vertical room for the replacement pipe to fall toward the outlet.

Resolve the connection. Keep work moving.

We paused installation at the connection and had the drainage designer confirm the revised levels before setting the pipe and basins. Work continued in the other agreed areas while that detail was resolved.

Stormwater piping and two replacement catch basins were installed to the confirmed design. After localized regrading, a paving subcontractor reinstated the disturbed asphalt.

THE HANDOVER

Restored and
back in use.

The completed installation was reviewed against the project documents before handover. Following restoration, the service drive returned to normal use beside the occupied building.
