A replacement concrete pad serving the shared waste collection area.
All projects
One service area.
A coordinated repair.

A shared rear service area had damaged concrete and an awkward drainage layout. The owner combined the repairs into one package to avoid reopening the same area for separate jobs.
Removal exposed crumbling asphalt along part of the concrete pad boundary. Leaving that narrow strip would have made a weak transition between the new pad and the retained pavement.
We agreed a slightly wider reinstatement area with the owner and paving subcontractor, taking the edge back to sound material. The revised patch was coordinated with the concrete curing period and waste collection schedule.
The work combined localized drainage repairs, base preparation, and a new concrete dumpster pad. A paving subcontractor reinstated the adjoining asphalt before the area returned to use.
